My Favourite Winter Gear




I just got home from a long, chilly, hard, sweaty, steep, snowy ultra training run and dropped my kit on the floor in the foyer. Thump. 'I wonder how much my pack weighs?', I think. I can't wait until I am running free of the load and the layers and all of the gadgets in my upcoming race in the desert.
